Bureau Veritas, a world leader in testing, inspection and certification, has signed an agreement with ICXI – International Customer Experience Institute a world leader in developing and driving customer experience management, client happiness and service excellence framework globally; to address the challenges faced in delivering a consistent and happy customer experience journey to support organisations and authorities of all sizes as they commit to United Arab Emirates Leaders’ vision aiming to make the UAE the happiest country.
