Awareness Training on ASME Sec VIII Div. 1 (Rules for Construction of pressure vessel)

  • Understand ASME Code requirements for pressure vessel
  • Understand the terminology used in ASME code
  • Know which code section is applicable for the type of boiler or pressure vessel
  • Understand the establishment of design requirements and general design rules and formulas established by Section VIII Div. 1.

Dropped Object Awareness

Areas where a potential exists for dropped objects, shall be identified by the trained professionals at regular intervals recommended by inspection book to verify the structural integrity and ensure objects are adequately secured. Where ever possible the site managers and the safety professional shall be trained to perform the in-house inspection services. Nevertheless all the people working at site shall undergo drops awareness training.

Duration: 1 Day (+1 Additional If Practical Session Required)

Lockout-Tagout

This Lock Out Tag Out Health and Safety Program is designed to prevent electrically related injuries and property damage. Employees performing certain tasks or working at certain types of facilities may have occupational exposure to electrical systems. Electricity and other energized materials have long been recognized as a serious workplace hazard, exposing employees to such dangers as electric shock, electrocution, fires, crushing, burning, scathing and explosions. This program applies to all employees who may have occupational exposure to electricity and other energized equipment such as steam, hydraulic, tension, gravity, etc.
