Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates has received Safeguard Label by Bureau Veritas

Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates has received the Bureau Veritas Safeguard label in recognition of implementing Kempinski White Glove Services focusing on the well-being, safety, and comfort of its guests and employees.

Bureau Veritas, a leading force in testing, inspection and certification services – introduced its Safeguard Program to help reassure guests returning to hotels. In collaboration with field experts, the certification of the process is done by Bureau Veritas itself, with independent audits to ensure health, safety, and hygiene procedures and processes are implemented and in line with local regulations and best practices. All labelled entities are then posted in a dedicated global website, .

  • While performing their duties, Kempinski employees wear white gloves when welcoming you to our hotels, restaurants, and bars.
  • Sanitising stations are available in all public areas of our hotels.
  • Masks covering the nose and mouth are available in all rooms and suites for you and your loved ones, and will be worn by our employees.
  • Enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures have been implemented in guest rooms, lifts, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
