Currently I am Business Development & Marketing Leader in Egypt. My role as a Business Development Leader is developing business with large accounts\projects according to opportunities and defining commercial action plans. I take a Key Account Management (KAM) role on identified key accounts. I am responsible for commercial management of accounts or projects, including role of KAM. I implement commercial strategy as defined by country. For selling process, I visit prospect, follow-up contacts, negotiate contracts and follow-up operations.

As a Marketing Leader, I plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of internal and client-based marketing projects; communicate and work across departments to create a product delivery roadmap and ensure branding consistency. I am responsible for creating content for marketing collateral that aligns with, supports, and promotes corporate activities (such as PR, recruitment, lead generation). I interact with prospective clients, develop project timelines and manage departmental resources according to project needs.

Elaborate an experience in BV that you feel empowered.

Most of the time, you’re not going to feel 100 percent ready, or 100 percent prepared, this was my feelings when I joined BV in 2018. Because it’s totally different from my background & experience,  Since I joined, I found that there is no marketing plan activities, so I have a great opportunity and a great challenge to create these needs and work in this interesting profession that I loved & I succeeded to create a place for Egypt by creating and executing marketing plans, developing relationships with customers, tracking data, organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events, conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures. All of this,  made me empowered person. I am pleased to be part of such creative organization, and I am committed to its continued success. I am excited for the journey ahead and look forward to making a positive impact as we work together to achieve our goals.

What do you want to advice to other women?

My advice is to set clear career goals and map out your path to glory. Seek out challenges that push you out of your comfort zone and take every chance to level up your skills through training, networking, and learning. Don’t be afraid to ask for help and surround yourself with mentors who have your back. Keep crushing it and remember that the sky is your limit.
