Can you briefly explain your background?

With over two decades of extensive experience in the field of Business Assurance and Management, encompassing operational planning, systems development and process improvement, consultancy, management systems auditing and trainings, forecasting, business development, and Global Key Accounts Management, among others, I have had the privilege of leading closely-knit teams with diversified expertise. This leadership has contributed to achieving year-on-year business growth for the organization. Additionally, I have conducted audits for more than 400 organizations and delivered over 5000 hours of training on various global standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000-1, and other customized quality and improvement themes.

Can you briefly explain your background?

I am managing certification business by crafting, implementing, and monitoring the business strategy and yearly plan considering top-line and bottom-line goals of P&L for central and western regions of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I support business development team in business development and key account management. Maintaining continuous communication with corporate clients and actively seeking opportunities to enhance business rapport is a key aspect of my role. Furthermore, ensuring consistent operational and technical compliance with BV, certification, and relevant accreditation policies and procedures is paramount. 

What’s your greatest professional achievement and your biggest challenge?

Upon joining Saudi Arabia team last year, my primary objective and challenge were to enact a turnaround in the overall situation of the business line. With the unwavering support of the management team, significant progress was achieved with the distinction of standing second among the top 5 performing countries globally. I perceive maintaining this momentum and securing our position among the top 5 performing countries as an ongoing challenge. Additionally, in a very short period of time, we launched the E-learning training platform 'Accessplanit'  marking another noteworthy achievement for certification business in Saudi Arabia.

In your daily work, how do you contribute to Shaping a World of Trust?

In our business environment, where assurance and credibility are paramount, I am striving to contribute toward Shaping a World of Trust by being a bridge between client and BV through assurance of their management systems, providing authentication as an expert third eye for continual improvement of the process through auditing services. This not only benefits clients but also positively impacts the broader society within their sphere of influence. Furthermore, assisting organizations and individual professionals in honing their expertise through BV training services is another facet of fostering trust.
