INTRODUCING: ROZA SHABAN SAEED DZAEE

Can you briefly explain your background?

I graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering and joined BV in 2022. Before that, I gained valuable experience working as HR and retail assistant. Beyond my professional journey, I've been deeply involved in active volunteering, where my passion lies in supporting various causes. This includes working with disabled children, assisting refugees, participating in youth events, and organizing Ted talks. These experiences have not only enriched my life but have also broadened my perspective on the world and the positive impact one can make through volunteerism.

Describe your role at BV?

My role in BV is Project Inspection Coordinator.  I act as the central point of contact, facilitating communication between different teams, clients, and stakeholders. My responsibilities include organizing inspections, coordinating schedules, and managing the logistics to ensure that projects are carried out efficiently and meet the required standards. Through effective coordination and attention to detail, I contribute to the successful completion of projects while upholding BV's commitment to quality and excellence.

Elaborate an experience in BV that you feel empowered.

One of my most empowering experiences at BV was a recent charity work. I was asked by my HR manager to arrange a humanitarian activity for a dedicated budget. We organized two days of activities, one for children with disabilities and another for autistic children. We engaged in fun and educational activities. We learned sign language and visuals to create an inclusive atmosphere, allowing these children to express themselves in new ways. Witnessing their smiles and engagement was truly empowering. The giveaways included educational materials, sensory-friendly carpets, interactive boards, and educational cards designed to cater to the learning needs of these children. Witnessing the positive impact of these materials on the children's growth and development filled us with a profound sense of fulfillment, knowing that we were making a meaningful difference in their lives. This experience reinforced my commitment to fostering inclusivity and making a positive impact, both at BV and in the wider community.

What do you want to advice to other women?

My advice to women is to believe in your own capabilities and never let anyone undermine your worth. Embrace your unique strengths and talents, and don't be afraid to pursue your passions and ambitions. Surround yourself with a supportive network of friends, mentors, and allies who empower you. Remember that your voice matters, and your contributions are valuable. Be resilient in the face of challenges and keep striving for your goals. Most importantly, prioritize self-care and balance in your life; don't hesitate to set boundaries that protect your personal time and well-being, as a harmonious work-life balance is key to long-term success and happiness.
