I always believe that knowledge sharing is the key process for building strong and successful teams. For 17 years in BV, I have educated more than 30 HR specialists, who are currently very competent, successful and professional.

Elaborate an experience in BV that you feel empowered.

The most valuable part of my position is initiating charity events within the company. My department is running an information campaign and coordinating the work with local charity organizations, so that annually all BV offices in Kazakhstan are participating in the Donor’s day arranged by the Republican Blood Centre. Also every year we are actively participating in charity marathons in major cities in Kazakhstan.

In addition, for the last 2 years we have supported Heart Centre Fund in organizing charity marathon, which is aimed to collect funds for patients with cardiovascular diseases. Also we are always in contact with local charity organizations, and we organize events few times a year to help families in need. Our recent events were held to support families with low income for the school period, we collected funds to support children with oncological diseases and provided support for war and labor veterans.

What do you want to advice to other women?

Positive attitude is a key to success. I believe that a positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events and outcomes. It is a catalyst and it sparks extraordinary results. If you are positive, you’ll see opportunities instead of obstacles. So my life credo is always stay positive.
